I will be writing a series of posts that describe the tools that we use during the development of our applications.
Currently, we use Remember the Milk to track our task list for our projects. Remember the Milk is a web based task management site. In addition to being able to access the task lists in a web browser, you can also use their iPhone application to access the list of tasks, when not at a computer.
For us at YeoSoft, Remember The Milk’s ability to share task list, enables us to work collaboratively on our applications. We also use the priorities in Remember The Milk to manage the the list of features that we are planning on adding to our applications.
Once we get a larger flow of bugs, we will probably switch to Bugzilla, but right now Remember The Milk works great for us
