Chicago News 
is an iPhone application that lets you access all of news from around the Chicago area. Not only can you view the latest headlines, but you can also read the related news articles from within the application.
In addition to being able to read the latest news articles, you can also play podcasts created by the various radio stations and newspapers. With Chicago News, while you are listening to podcasts, you can continue to read other news articles.

Chicago News also uses Twitter to get access to the up-to-the minute news feed that many of the Chicago area news sources utilizes to share information.
With Chicago News, you can share news articles on your Facebook profile. Chicago News will post articles to Read It Later, for offline reading.
Chicago News is available for free, with access to all news sources. The limitations in that the free version is that only two articles for each news feed can be read, and only one podcast can be listened to. You are able to upgrade to the full version from within the application.
